With several exclusive spaces available for special events, the Museum has the perfect setting for any occasion, whether it be an intimate luncheon for twenty or an elegant reception and dinner for 500.

When hosting your event at the National Museum of the Marine Corps, you receive the same quality and attention to detail that is synonymous with the Corps´ ethos. An event planner dedicated to you will assist with all your needs, from catering to room design to lighting. And with private access to the Museum and its international award winning galleries and exhibits during your event, a professional docent staff will be on hand to further enhance your guests´ experience, creating a truly unique and memorable event.

Leatherneck Gallery
For a premier setting for your event, look no further than the National Museum of the Marine Corps´ majestic Leatherneck Gallery. Set beneath the Museum´s awe inspiring 210-ft. mast and glass atrium, Leatherneck Gallery can accommodate events from large receptions to elegant dinners with the ability to seat 850 guests for dinner or 1,000 for a standing reception.
 
The Overlook
The Overlook, located on the second level of the National Museum of the Marine Corps, provides an intimate dining experience overlooking Leatherneck Gallery. From a professional corporate luncheon to an intimate private affair, you and your guests will dine in the shadow of authentic Marine Corps aircraft, providing a truly unique view of the Museum´s main hall. The Overlook will accommodate up to 60 seated guests for lunch or dinner and 100 guests for a reception.
 
Tun Tavern
Legend has it that the first Marines were recruited at the original Tun Tavern in Philadelphia on November 10, 1775 by Captain Samuel Nicholas. The Museum´s intimate and authentic replica offers a full lunch menu along with bar service. Available for after Museum hours events, Tun Tavern can accommodate 36 guests for a seated dinner or buffet-style reception.
 
Mess Hall
This unique cafeteria style restaurant serves up a taste of the Marine life, with menus inspired by Mess Hall fare familiar to all Marines. Perfect for group tours, the Mess Hall offers catered receptions, continental breakfasts, group voucher programs and school lunch menus.
