CELEBRATE AND PRESERVE THE MARINE CORPS LEGACY

The United States Marine Corps is the only branch of the military services without a significant museum to share its story with the world. More than 60,000 priceless artifacts that show the role of the Corps in the nation’s history — documents, weapons, medals, uniforms and much more — need a permanent home with proper facilities for presentation and display.

Thousands of individuals, along with corporations and foundations, have contributed to this campaign. But more needs to be done to give the United States Marine Corps a museum worthy of the campaigns it has waged for America for more than two centuries.
